Be sure your that your E-mail address is correct.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post.

Within Australia

Orders will be posted using Parcel Post Satchels and should be received within 4 business days of ordering, unless your item is on back order. If the back ordered item would take more than 30 days, we will notify you by E-mail.

Rest of the World

Orders will be posted using Parcel Post Air and should be received within 21 business days of ordering, unless your item is on back order. If the back ordered item would take more than 30 days, we will notify you by E-mail.

For orders over 10 items please email us prior to placing your order, so we can arrange a more economical form of delivery.

Return policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused products for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms below.

Returns received within 60 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund. You may return ubused items for an exchange or store credit at any time.

Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.

We define used items as having any defects caused by usage.

Customs & Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For further information on your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
