Many studies have shown that being fit will improve your out look, short-term memory, vitality and the body’s immune defences.

                                       Business People need Matrix Fitness

In short getting fit will contribute not only to a healthier ‘you’, but to your capacity for greater focus and productivity in whatever work or business you may be in.

If fitness can play such an important role in business success, then why aren’t people who are in fact aware of the role it can play doing more to get fit?

The most common reply to this question has found its way to me in the form of an excuse,’ I just don’t have time to exercise: It is to be admitted that many people in industrialized countries are busier than they would like, and this is especially time for some sectors of  the business and professional community.

This being so, it is understandable that people are reluctant to commit a huge chunk of time they don’t have to train in a gym for an hour or two, three times a week.Business people Keeping fit with Matrix

Add to the time it actually takes to train, to get to and from the gym. Often in heavy traffic  or at odd hours, and it becomes clear that working out regularly can become a substantial  investment of time, energy and even money, often for too little results.

Little did I know when I created Matrix Training that it would provide a huge time-savings for anyone wanting to get fit in the minimal amount of time.

Matrix Training is by its very nature a truly economical way to manage your time, as well as your weight. The special   nature of the exercise techniques ensure their ability to activate muscle-fibre extremely efficiently, and the brief rest periods between the sets means that you can complete in fifteen minutes of Matrix Training what would otherwise take an hour or more with conventional training. For those of you who are just beginning to train for fitness or who are trying to get back into shape, the time it takes to complete a Matrix Program amounts to 20 minutes per week.

My Matrix Program, is ideally suited, for busy people in all walks of life, in that    you can actually make remarkable gains (as you can see from the testimonials on this site) with only one exercise session per week, undertaken for no more than 15-20 minutes.  

 

One 20 minute workout, spread over a 7 day week, 

you are talking about a time commitment of  

approximately 3 minutes per day to get yourself fit !

The time you need to set aside each week to get yourself going on The Matrix Program is no more than the time it takes you to brush your teeth in the morning, and certainly far less time it takes you to brush after every meal.

Moreover, what getting fit gives you in return for the time you take to train must also be measured in terms of the improvement fitness brings to the quality of your life and to your capacity to get done effectively in one hour of  work what would otherwise most likely have taken you two.

Because your mind is clearer and more focused, and your energy levels higher, the work you do when you are fit, as opposed to being unfit, is not only achieved more quickly, but it is of a better quality.
